Welcome to your Joyful Life.

The Joyful Life Project is an eight-week online small group coaching program comprising eight ninety-minute Zoom webinars. THE JLP is based on six experiments I have been conducting on myself since 2015 after realizing that a thriving and joyful life is always available.

This program will challenge your mindset and become your personalized blueprint to a Joyful and Thriving life. By week eight, you will see yourself and life with fresh eyes, and the insights you gain along the way will ripple into all aspects of your life.

Chapter One - The Foundations

Webinar one lays the foundation for our program and asks you to suspend your current beliefs and imagine that everything we are talking about is true. We will explore who you are and how you create your life experience.

Webinar two explores choice, free will, and the built-in guidance system that lets us know where we are placing our attention, plus two basic facts surrounding the creation of our experience.

Chapters Three - Six - The Experiments

We then move into the first of six weekly webinars. Each webinar will explore and introduce one experiment that will challenge you to see your world through different lenses. These will be part practical and observational, including weekly “noticings.”

Can you accept that you are more than you think?

Chapter 2: Attention

What do you notice yourself paying attention to, and how does it feel?

Chapter 3: Appreciation

Do you appreciate the small things that are already good in your life?

Chapter 4: Alignment

What do you align yourself with, and how do you know?

Chapter 5: Action

Are you taking action from inspiration and alignment or elsewhere?

Chapter 6: Allowing

Are you allowing what you desire to find its way to you?
