Since I was 15 years old, I’ve always known that I wanted to help people feel better. Through a number of different careers, helping people has been what has fulfilled me. But after a life-changing insight of my own in 2015, I knew I needed to shift from coaching for physical fitness to coaching for mental well-being. I came to see that I am a creative, resourceful, and whole human being who had what I needed to make this major career change. And now I want to help others experience this inner knowing. Believe that you can experience joy and fulfillment in your life and you will!
I offer programs for individuals and groups that bring joy and ease to your personal life and at work. My style of insight-based coaching guides you to discovering your own inner strengths. I help you see that you already have the power to make big changes in our life. I have experienced this myself, so I have confidence leading you to your “aha” moment, where you will discover, as one client said to me, “Ahh, it really is so simple!” Let’s have fun imagining the possibilities and see what unfolds as the right next steps. In as few as six coaching sessions, you will see your thinking changing and your life experiences changing too.

This eight-week group program can also be an affordable option to one-on-one coaching to help you make changes in your life.
Take the work out of work
Fun and interactive workshops for your group. Team members learn how thoughts create experiences, which in turn affect the group experience. Workshops are tailored to the needs of the team. Topics could include stress reduction, work-life balance, and productivity. Team members leave with a greater sense of unity for a balanced work environment.
