Who this program is for: Many managers can benefit from our one-to-one coaching program to help them fully recognize and develop their leadership potential. These managers may be new to your firm, new to being in a management position or have one of the issues we listed above.
Format and Duration: This one-to-one coaching program takes the format of a one-hour coaching call every two weeks over 12 months.
Benefits of this program: We will address the issues your manager faces today by bringing our solution-focused approach to help them take decisive actions. We will also awaken them to their true potential and set inspiring goals and direction for themselves and the team they are responsible for. Over the 12-month coaching period, as these managers elevate themselves in their leadership skills, new challenges will surface. Reconnecting High Performers with Their Passion

Who this program is for: Our experience tells us that high-performing leaders are sometimes subject to burnout and can be disconnected from their passion for their work and the company. This often shows up among previous high performers as poor measurable metrics (e.g. missing profit or sales target, missing deadlines, high turnover in their department, etc.), less than optimal relationships with colleagues and staff, lack of motivation or innovation and a general lack of fulfillment and satisfaction with their career.
Format and Duration: This one-to-one coaching program takes the format of a one-hour coaching call every two weeks over 6 months.
Benefits of this program: We help these leaders reignite their spark, instill fulfillment and renew their engagement at work. During this process, they will see new potential and develop new passions and goals for themselves and their department in your company. Team Coaching

Who this program is for: When your company desires a new culture and results that break away from the norm, you need to attend to what we call “company wellness” and have your team be on the same page. This team coaching program could be for senior managers across several departments or the staff and leader(s)of one department.
Format and Duration: This coaching program is tailored to suit your needs and includes multiple-day group intensives followed by one-hour biweekly coaching calls with each participant over 6 months.
